2025, April 26-27
Dili
On April 26 (Saturday) and 27 (Sunday), Fundação Oriente will host the Lusophone Film Fest – Women & Revolution in Díli. This edition, the 8th held in Dili, highlights female perspectives on the Carnation Revolution (April 25, 1974) – a turning point that reshaped relations among Portuguese-speaking countries – and other revolutions, featuring an exclusively curated selection of films directed by women. The works explore women’s narratives within contexts of political and social transformation.
