The world wide web has been designed and built from a fundamental principle: freedom for networking, and soon it became a flagship of freedom of expression of the XXI century. How free are we on Internet to access content and express ourselves? Who governs the network? Which interests? Is there any privacy? Who guarantees the right of all citizens to a fast connection and low cost? The film wanders through Africa, India, United States, Brazil and Uruguay showing initiatives and obstacles to the democratization of Internet access and the network neutrality guarantee.
